Master Kage Alexander Smith was born on August 20, 2016 in the Volusia County Hospital of Daytona Beach, Florida and was accepted back into the arms of Jesus on October 20, 2016 in the Northwest Florida Community Hospital of Chipley, Florida.
Master Smith was a very happy baby, and one that was deeply loved by his parents, grandparents, siblings, and so many family friends. He was a joy in the life of all that came in contact with him and will be greatly missed and cherished by all.
Those left to remember the times shared with Master Smith include his parents: Paige Holmes and Carlon Smith, Sr., both of Chipley, Florida; sisters: Porscha Massaline and Ariel Smith of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, Jakara Smith of Atlanta, Georgia, and Keirstyn Smith of Chipley, Florida; brothers: Dilesha Bryant of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Dontavious Bryant of Chipley, Florida, Carlon Smith, Jr. of California, and Darius Smith of Texas; maternal grandparents: John and Pamela Holmes of Chipley, Florida; paternal grandmother: Katra Smith of Daytona Beach, Florida; maternal great-grandfather: John Holmes, Sr. of Chipley, Florida; godparents: Erick Hooks of Chipley, Florida and Laura Prosser of Daytona Beach, Florida; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many saddened family friends.
Graveside Services will be held 1 P.M., Thursday, October 27, 2016 from the St. Mary Cemetery of Caryville, Florida with Superintendent David Woods, Jr., officiating and the Cooper Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing. Friends may sign the guestbook online at www.cooperfhchipley.com.
